Starters (choice of one):

  • Summer Salad – Fresh spring mix, sweet cherry grapes, red onions, English cucumber, apple slices in a sweet oil and vinegar dressing
  • Soup – Roasted tomato bisque soup

Entrée (choice of one)

  • Pork – Braised Pork shank with a pork demi-glace sauce and a fennel apple slaw
  • Chicken – Pan Seared/roasted airline chicken breast with a white wine reduction and corn fiesta salsa
  • Fish – Pecan crusted Tilapia with a lemon herb butter
  • Vegetarian – Roasted spaghetti squash
